Job Description:
This role holds responsibility for executing social media community and PR campaigns to the highest standards. You will need to be able to handle a number of projects at any one time, to respond quickly to the news agenda and balance team and client requests. The successful social media specialist will clearly understand the team’s goals, both for individual clients and the commercial objectives of the team as a whole. You will be proactive in terms of delivering ideas, analysis and manage, and supportive to the team at all times.
Specific Tasks
- Content generation
- Community management
- Analytics and reporting, creating executive dashboards
- General campaign management and support
- Performance analysis and reporting
- Client consultancy
- Networking with digital influencers
- Supporting new business pitches and researching campaigns
- Support on LEWIS internal marketing efforts and campaigns
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years experience in using social platforms for personal & business use
- Experience of generating social media content for on behalf of clients
- Experience of reporting on online/social activity to a client
- Experience in community management / engagement and monitoring
- A very high standard of writing
- Natural creativity and confidence in discussing ideas
- In-depth understanding of the social space and technology
- Genuine interest and passion for marketing
- Able to use social and web analytics packages to report on program success
- Attention to detail
- Polished and professional appearance
- Calmness under pressure and ability to deliver to tight deadlines
- Flexible attitude
