Job Description:
- Looking for a driven person with a minimum of 4 years experience in several aspects of digital marketing.
- This is for a managerial position in the business development space with special emphasis on online marketing and technology that can automate our overall process like integration of calls, SMS, student report cards etc.
- The candidate will be reporting directly to the board of management and the CEO. After the training period, approximately five plus people (including our exclusive part-time employees) will be reporting to him/her to oversee the daily sales and operations of the company. Subjected to the performance, he/ she will be provided innumerable opportunities to take up courses related to the field as and when the necessity arises.
- We expect the candidate to streamline the calls and the manner in which the leads are handled, i.e digitizing the whole process.
- The candidate is expected to handle the digital marketing space and write blogs, in addition to pro-actively giving us innovative ideas.
- One of the most important aspect of this hire is the expectations of the candidate fulfilling the role with minimal supervision from the management, thereby giving utmost independence in creativity to perform the duties.
PS: Incentive based pay should excite the candidate. Salary – Upto a lakh and subjected to increase based on performance and company regulations.
